Overview
TASkeno is currently looking for a casual Help Desk Operator to join our Operations Centre team. The successful candidate will join the small, friendly team and contribute to TASkeno's success by providing exceptional phone-based customer service to TASkeno venues in a helpdesk environment.
The Operations Centre operates up to 20 hours a day, seven days per week. The successful applicant will be rostered to work a range of shifts covering both day, night and weekend shifts (including public holidays). Included in the role are fabulous benefits as part of the Federal Group, Tasmania's largest private company.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to TASkeno venues in a helpdesk environment.
* Be rostered to work a range of shifts covering day, night and weekend shifts (including public holidays).
* Contribute to TASkeno's success as part of the Operations Centre team.
Qualifications
* Keno knowledge and experience – preferred or the ability to learn
* Flexibility to work both day and night shift hours of work as per schedule roster – 7 days per week
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Sound computer skills
* An interest in TASkeno and the gaming industry
