We're big on quality, knowledge, efficiency, trust, and reliability. Basically, we do things properly, we back our team, and we take pride in every nail, screw, and slab we put down.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who's got the skills, the drive, and maybe even a bit of sawdust permanently stuck in their hair. Experience is essential — but so is the desire to grow, learn, and take on more than you're currently being handed.
If you're hungry for variety, responsibility, and the chance to build entire homes start-to-finish, you'll fit right in.
MUST-HAVES (non-negotiables)
* Completed Carpentry Apprenticeship
* Provisional or full driver's licence
* Your own vehicle
* White Card
* Ready to start ASAP
* A phone capable of handling emails, job apps, and timesheets (yes, even Androids are welcome)
PERSONALITY CHECK
We want people who:
* Bring energy to the job
* Back themselves and their skills
* Can work solo and in a team without drama
* Have a strong work ethic
* Are trustworthy and reliable
* Think ahead and use initiative
* Turn up on time (we love that)
* Take pride in their craft
* Actually enjoy what they do — or at least pretend convincingly
THE GIG
* Full-time role after probation
* Occasional Saturdays (but we're not monsters — it's not every week)
* Work on a huge variety of builds from start to finish
* Join a team that values you, backs you, and wants to see you grow
