Job Title: Executive Administration Assistant
This role provides administration and project support to key stakeholders, including the Operations Manager, Executive Committee Members, District Health Advisory Committee (DHAC) and relevant executive committees and services.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and project support services across a range of areas, including operations, finance, human resources, and health service planning.
This involves providing exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
They will also have experience in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition, the successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail, a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff at all levels.
The successful applicant will also have a strong commitment to the values and principles of quality improvement, patient-centred care, and cultural safety.
