What You’ll Do
* Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
* Support residents at mealtimes and help provide a dignified dining experience
* Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
* Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning
* Maintain safety, hygiene and infection control standards
About YouEssential
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
* Previous experience in residential aged care
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Physically capable of safe manual handling
* Confident using tablets or smartphones for work purposes
* Two recent managerial referees
Desirable
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Medication Administration certification
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
