Professional Audio & Television (PAT) – a highly successful broadcast and AV technology provider – recently opened a brand-new office in Albany, and we're on the hunt for an organised, unflappable, detail-loving Administration Assistant (Part-Time) to join us as Employee No. 2.

The Hours (the good part)

Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Perfect if you're after school-friendly hours and a role that fits nicely around life.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the calm, friendly voice in the middle of a busy broadcast business — juggling admin, logistics, and the hundred little details that keep everything running smoothly.

One minute you might be organising freight or booking travel, the next you're lining up venues, coordinating demos, or making sure a roadshow is perfectly organised. You'll work confidently on your own, but you'll never be on your own — collaborating closely with our Auckland team and colleagues in Sydney.

What We're Looking For

You're someone who:

* Has a sharp eye for detail and loves a good to-do list
* Can multitask without breaking a sweat
* Is comfortable managing stock, freight, venues, travel, and schedules
* Keeps calm, friendly, and professional — even when things get busy
* Can work unsupervised, but enjoys being part of a team
* Has a full driver's licence
* Brings a great sense of humour (non-negotiable)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

* Keep the Auckland office running like a well-oiled machine
* Manage incoming and outgoing stock and freight
* Liaise with venues, suppliers, and freight partners
* Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics
* Help deliver flawless sales events, customer demos, and roadshows
* Be a key part of shaping a brand-new office from the ground up
