Job Summary

Award-winning SAP Supply Chain practice is looking for an experienced SAP SCM Functional Consultant to help build and lead client-facing workshops. As a subject matter expert, you will be viewed as a go-to person within Consulting and for clients.

* Prepare for and lead client-facing workshops.
* Understand best-practice scope & talk to clients about adopting these.
* Design, build, test, and deploy SAP SCM solutions.


About the Team

Deloitte's Technology and Transformation SAP practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software.


Key Responsibilities

* Business Process Analysis:
o Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement.
o Document business requirements, functional specifications, and system design.
* SCM Configuration and Implementation:
o Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
o Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve processes.
o Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets functional specifications.
* User Training and Support:
o Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP SCM functionalities.
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Integration and Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Manufacturing, and Procurement, to ensure seamless integration of SAP SCM with other SAP modules and external systems.
o Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and status reporting.


Requirements

* Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP SCM Functional Consultant or similar role.
o Proven experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, and hypercare support.
* Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of SAP SCM processes, including integration with planning, production, procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse processes, and integration with Sales.
o SAP S/4HANA implementation experience and knowledge.
o Proficiency in configuration and troubleshooting within the SAP environment.
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
