SRM Residential is one of the fastest growing project marketing businesses in Sydney. We are looking to hire Real Estate Sales Executives to join our extremely successful sales team. We are selling Sydney's most sought-after new apartment developments, with professional marketing, generous leads provided and the opportunity to make high volume sales.
We are looking for motivated, passionate sales professionals who are looking for a successful career in Real Estate. The successful candidates will be proactive and have the ability to build rapport with people at all levels. We also welcome applications from candidates fluent in Mandarin, Korean and/or Cantonese to enhance our team's ability to serve our diverse community however this is not a pre-requisite.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Promptly contacting leads provided to maximise appointments and sales
* Managing and qualifying client enquiries
* Maintaining and growing your client database with CRM
* Attend displays and open for inspections
* Keep up to date with product and marketing knowledge
* Facilitate sales process and attend sales meetings
The successful candidates will require:
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* A car and hold a current driver's licence
* Experience in real estate sales or related industries eg property management, financial services, mortgage broking sales or engineering
* Availability to work weekends
