* Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment is essential.
* The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible 5-day schedule across our 7-day operation, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
* Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent to at least a level 2 award in culinary arts or a related field.
* A strong willingness to learn, combined with clear communication and exceptional customer service skills, is vital for success in this role.
* High standards of personal grooming and presentation are expected, as well as a pride in delivering consistently high-quality food throughout every service.
* Ability to manage your own sections and deliver exceptional food quality throughout service is crucial.
* Taking pride in food presentation and ensuring top-quality dishes every time is paramount.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaborating with colleagues and managing sections effectively.
* Familiarity with food hygiene practices and compliance is required.
* Availability for rotating roster positions from Monday to Sunday is necessary.
Working Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week.
