These roles offer autonomy, exposure to a variety of complex estate disputes, and support from collaborative, high-performing legal professionals.
Responsibilities Advise and represent clients in a range of estate litigation matters
Manage matters independently from start to finish, with appropriate support
Collaborate with colleagues across related practice areas such as Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation
Appear in courts and tribunals as required by the jurisdiction
Build and maintain solid client relationships through clear, empathetic, and strategic communication
What We’re Looking For 2 - 5 years PQE
Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional client service
Solid knowledge of Western Australian succession law
A team player who contributes positively to firm culture and continuous improvement
