We're looking for a Member Support Consultant who is passionate about helping people and delivering high‐quality, compliant outcomes.
What you'll do
* Resolve member enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
* Apply legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes.
* Meet service, quality, and experience targets.
* Manage issues or complaints and escalate when needed.
* Contribute positively to team culture and support continuous improvement.
