Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices.
* Process and post customer payments into the accounting system.
* Daily bank reconciliation
* Issue and distribute monthly statements to customers.
* Monitor and manage overdue accounts, following up on outstanding payments.
* Prepare detailed aging reports and generate financial reports related to accounts receivable.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit & billing issues and liaise with external parties as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong mathematical skills with the ability to reconcile and analyse financial data.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
* Experience with ERP systems (Pronto preferred but not essential).
* Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
