Responsibilities
* Assisting the Facilities Management team with day‐to‐day operations
* Facilities administration tasks – purchase orders, data management, and maintenance registers
* Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients
* Provide regular leave cover for client accounts across CBRE client roster

* Confident in performing administrative tasks and able to work collaboratively
* Experience in customer service and/or front‐of‐house/client‐facing in a qualified/corporate environment
* Dedicated to exceptional customer service with a customer‐centric approach
* Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines
* Ability to think quickly, problem‐solve and adapt
* Intermediate to advanced skills in core Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel and Outlook
* Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role is desired
