We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publican to lead our team and drive business growth.
A successful Publican will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including leading a team of hospitality professionals, managing finances, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a high-performing team
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Maintain accurate records and reports
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A current industry qualification (RSA RSG RMLV) is also desirable.
