Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints, responding to queries, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to ensure that you can provide informed advice to customers. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns.

* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.

Other Information

* This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.
* Hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
