About the company Our client is opening a brand-new, community-focused clinic in the Silverdale region, NSW, due to launch in July 2026. The practice is being built for long-term growth, with space to expand and a strong local need for accessible, high-quality dentistry. You’ll be supported by a wider network of clinicians through regular collaboration sessions, while still enjoying autonomy day-to-day. About the position Our client is looking for one experienced Dentists to join our client’s team as the clinic opens. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys working independently, providing comprehensive care in-house, and helping shape how a new practice grows from day one. You’ll initially work solo (with a plan to expand support as patient flow builds), delivering a broad range of dentistry with a strong focus on minimising external referrals wherever clinically appropriate.
