About this role:
This fencing and gate installation position involves overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
* Install medium to high-security fencing and gates
* Operate heavy equipment (excavators, kangas, and skid steers)
* Read and interpret building plans and specifications
* Lead a team of fencing technicians
* Coordinate site tasks and meet project deadlines
* Maintain quality workmanship and safety standards
* Collaborate with clients and other site stakeholders
About you:
To succeed in this position, you will possess:
* Previous experience in residential or commercial construction
* The ability to read and understand building plans
* Experience in operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers etc)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work
* A Construction White Card (mandatory)
* A current Australian Driver's License (essential)
* The ability to pass a full medical examination
* Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
