Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Claims Administrator.
This position will be based in Hobart, TAS office on a fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will join our dedicated team at Marsh Australia and work closely with our Claims Management Team to deliver exceptional services through effective claims management and executive account stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
* Process claims payments and follow up on invoices to ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure accurate claims processing and administration, including file closures.
* Provide administrative support as required to service the Fund effectively.
* Collaborate with the in-house Claims Management Team to deliver positive outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent data entry skills
* Previous experience in an admin role (desirable)
* Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and good time management skills.
