About the Role
Man of Many is looking for a versatile, creative, and highly technical Videographer & Social Media Content Producer to join our award-winning team.
This is a true end-to-end production role. We are looking for a hands-on creator who can take a concept from a rough idea through to filming, audio capture, and final premium edit on their own. We are not looking for directors who require a large crew or big-budget infrastructure; we need a versatile specialist who thrives on being the primary engine behind the lens and the edit suite.
You will report to the Head of Social Media & Production and be responsible for creating premium, social-first content. From cinematic product unboxings and event coverage to fast-paced TikToks, Reels, long-form YouTube series and engaging carousels. You will help drive the engine behind our visual storytelling and be the architect of its distribution.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the technical execution of shoots from pre-production (storyboarding/lighting plans) through to final delivery, often acting as a solo shooter/director.
Talent Coaching: Confidently direct and coach on-camera talent (both internal and external) to ensure natural, engaging performances.
High-End Interview & Podcast Capture: Set up and capture multi-camera long-form content, with a focus on high-quality lighting and clean audio acquisition.
Social-First Narrative: Translate long-form concepts into high-impact, narrative-driven short-form clips optimised for engagement.
What We're Looking For
3–5 Years of Professional Experience: A proven track record in a production house, agency, or digital media environment, taking full ownership from pre- to post-production.
Technical Versatility: Expert knowledge of lighting for a range of environments (product, on-site, podcast), multi-mic audio setups, and a range of cinema and mirrorless cameras.
The "Self-Starter" DNA: Proven ability to produce premium content independently, managing your own gear and timelines without needing a large production crew.
Narrative Instinct: A strong sense of story, optimised for social, knowing how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds while maintaining a premium brand feel.
A Premium Aesthetic: An eye for clean and modern visuals that align with the world's leading lifestyle brands.
Strategic Growth Mindset: A desire to learn the why behind the data, using analytics to inform creative decisions rather than just "making things look good."
