About the role
Grain Cru', a leading specialty bottle shop chain, is seeking a Bottle Shop manager to join our team. We are a proud family owned business with stores in East Victoria Park, Carlisle & Jolimont WA. This is a role perfect for individuals with a passion for exceptional customer service and a keen interest in premium beverages.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to guests, assisting with product selections and recommendations
2. Maintaining the store's inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is displayed in an appealing manner
3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments
4. Keeping the store clean, tidy and organised at all times
5. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages
6. Assisting with other store operations as required
What we're looking for
1. Possession of a RSA certificate and a valid WA Manager's Card
2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
3. Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment, preferably in a bottle shop or liquor store
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
5. Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and payments with accuracy
6. Flexible and adaptable, able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
