About the role
Tasmanian Quality Meats are currently seeking a passionate individual with creative flair and an innovative approach to marketing and events. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work together to coordinate, plan and deliver on-site experiences, events, and positive engagement with our customers and suppliers. This role will also manage our social media presence and our brand names associated with our products. This position may also entail travel around Australia and overseas as required.
This position is on a part time basis, and has the flexibility of negotiation and agreement on work days and hours.
Responsibilities
This position will report directly to the Sales Manager and you will perform the following tasks:
* Maintain and grow our social media presence.
* Liaise and engage with external marketing teams.
* Organise events local and internationally
* Grow our brands by establishing connections and outlets to promote our products.
* Manage administrative tasks for the events, experiences and promotions.
* Ensure high levels of customer service are always maintained.
* Manage our social media, website and other digital platforms.
About you:
You will be an experienced professional with project coordination skills and the ability to deliver exciting and creative events. You will be a digital guru and have experience in running social media, managing websites and other digital platforms to promote our business. Working with a large amount of external parties will require a diverse range of skills and a positive and customer centric approach. Our business has established customers all over the world so understanding cultural requirements and marketing phenomena from around the world is an important attribute. This position may also entail travel around Australia and overseas as required.
