Responsibilities 
Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in diverse settings (homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres). 
Utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding. 
Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals. 
Build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends). 
Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; share stories of impact and collaboration. 
T ap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor. 
Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology 
SPA Registration 
A positive and flexible approach to work 
Strong communication skills and a team player 
Commitment to personal and professional development 
Valid driver's license 
NDIS Workers Screening Check 
Working with Children Check 
Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential
