IT Project Manager Redevelopment page is loaded## IT Project Manager Redevelopmentlocations: Subiaco, Western Australiatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: May 28, 2026 (28 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR-16280**Your role at St John of God** **Subiaco Hospital**Currently undergoing stage three of a major four-stage redevelopment, the hospital is strengthening its legacy as a world-class private hospital, providing quality, patient centric care to the community in a contemporary environment designed to support healing new life, clinical excellence, and innovation.As **IT Project Manager, Redevelopment**, you will work in close collaboration with the redevelopment project team, St John of God Subiaco Hospital caregivers, and external consultants and contractors to deliver all aspects of the redevelopment program, including project delivery, operational readiness, and transition into operations.This key leadership role carries responsibility for the planning, coordination, and end-to-end delivery of project outcomes, ensuring alignment with agreed timeframes, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.The position is offered on a **fixed-term, full-time** basis through to March 2029.**The Position:*** Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of the project in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters.* Manage project financials, including estimates, actuals, forecasting, and reporting.* Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective resourcing, scheduling, and prioritisation of activities.* Establish and maintain project governance, artefacts, reporting, and compliance with project management methodology.* Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to support successful outcomes.* Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations, deliverables, and operational requirements are clearly defined and met.* Build strong, trusted relationships with caregivers, sponsors, executives, consultants, and vendors to support effective change management.* Manage vendor and contractual relationships, ensuring performance, quality standards, and obligations are met.You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems or Project Management, or equivalent experience, with a proven track record delivering complex projects across the full lifecycle. Strong commercial acumen, problem‐solving skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively while meeting deadlines are essential.The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey business context, prepare high‐quality written materials, and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
