THE ROLE
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will deliver exceptional service while developing the skills to support consultative sales and solutions‐based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Incoming Enquiries: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online, managing through HubSpot and collaborating across teams to resolve customer needs.
* Customer Care: Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable service, ensuring customers feel valued and confident.
* Sales Support & Development: Generate and process quotes and estimates, assist with appointment scheduling and follow‐ups, and learn consultative sales techniques to help guide customers towards the right solutions.
* Customer Experience & Showroom Support: Provide exceptional customer experience for our customers and health professionals, and welcome and support clients visiting our showroom.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Worker Screening: COVID vaccination; willing to obtain NDIS Clearance, Police Check, and Blue Card.
* Respectful & Professional: Well‐presented, strong communication and face‐to‐face skills, committed to ethical client interactions that build trust and rapport.
