Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated National Credit Manager to join their team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Manage the credit function, and oversee a team of 8 Credit/Collection professionals
Lead end to end credit, collections and debt management activities
Facilitate training and up-skilling within the team
Implement new strategies to increase efficiencies
Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Analyse and provide accurate creditors and debtors reporting
Experience in leading a credit team
Keen desire to develop and execute change management strategies
A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
First class communication and presentation attributes
High level interpersonal and time management skills
Attention to detail, initiative and ability to lead and motivate a team
Solid decision making and stakeholder relationship management skills
