* We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the execution of our Technical Maintenance Plan, leveraging their technical expertise to drive maintenance delivery excellence.
* As the subject-matter expert for track and civil discipline, you will be responsible for delegated engineering authority, making informed decisions on asset integrity and implementing strategies to minimize risks to health and safety.
* You will also assist projects by anticipating and fulfilling specialist track equipment requirements, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining awareness of compliance, technical, and financial aspects of track and civil functions.
* Additionally, you will lead a team of technical maintenance engineers to achieve performance productivity and safety targets, demonstrating financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions.
* Assigning work and reviewing accuracy and adherence to required standards will also be part of your responsibilities.
