Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Systems Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining multiple large Enterprise environments, managing Windows and Linux workstations, and providing Tier 2 support.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain multiple large Enterprise environments
* Provide Tier 2 support for Windows and Linux workstations
* Troubleshoot application functionality, crashes, and performance issues
* Investigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experience
* Communicate effectively with various individuals and work well within small and large team environments
Requirements:
* Active Directory Administration
* DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP knowledge
* Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016 expertise
* Application Troubleshooting skills for Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer
* Linux Operating System knowledge
* Understanding of Service Now, NETS, or other ticketing processes
* ITIL v3 or higher certification

* Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
* PowerShell
* Virtualization Environments (VMware, Citrix)
* Profile management utilizing the VMware User Experience Management (UEM) toolset
* Microsoft Exchange
* Telephone/Video support
