About the role:
Lead patient safety improvement priorities using advanced clinical judgement.
Apply critical thinking to system-level risks and highly complex patient safety issues.
Engage with multidisciplinary clinicians to drive a culture of learning and accountability.
Produce high-quality briefs and strategic reports for senior and executive audiences.
Interpret and apply relevant legislation and standards to clinical incident management.
About you:
You are a qualified Allied Health practitioner registered with AHPRA or the relevant professional body.
You have proven experience in leading patient safety priorities at a senior level.
You possess advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legislation.
You are an expert communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
You have practical facilitator skills and experience in teaching and training.
You are dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $14,385 p.m. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
