As an experienced Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in our Executive Department.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver administrative support to the team by preparing documents, managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
* Develop effective working relationships with staff, patients and external stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Handle confidential information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Work independently with minimal supervision and be proactive in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
