About the Role
A highly respected, family‐operated National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider with decades of experience in the disability sector is seeking a compassionate and evidence‐based Occupational Therapist. The role is integral to a growing multidisciplinary team and involves delivering services through a flexible combination of community outreach, telehealth, and centre‐based care. This is a highly mobile position, granting the therapist flexibility to work remotely or from established clinical hubs when not actively engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and provide therapy to a diverse client base, including both paediatric and adult needs.
* Support clients in achieving their NDIS goals and functional outcomes.
* Conduct comprehensive assistive technology (AT) assessments and formulate appropriate recommendations.
* Produce clear, accurate, and timely clinical reports.
* Manage a varied caseload and consistently meet predefined clinical targets.
* Engage in productive collaboration with clients' families, external referrers, and relevant stakeholders.
* Commit to regular clinical supervision and professional development activities.
Specialised New Graduate Program
For newly qualified therapists, a 12‐month structured program ensures a seamless transition into clinical practice:

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold current AHPRA registration. The therapist must hold a current driver's licence, have access to a reliable vehicle, and maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
