Overview
Construction Manager - High End Residential Homes. Based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, the candidate will oversee delivery of 8 - 10 luxury residential projects up to $10M, ensuring high quality workmanship, safety, on-time delivery and client satisfaction. This is a step up from Site Manager or Senior Site Manager roles for a strong candidate seeking progression.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for overseeing the delivery of 8 - 10 high end projects.
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes on a high end project.
- Use leadership and organisational skills to deliver quality, safety and program across projects.
- Mentor and develop site teams including Site Managers and Leading Hands.
- Liaise with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Your Background
- Experience with site managing high end apartments or homes.
- 10 years as a site manager/foreman.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality.
- Extensive leadership experience.
- Positive attitude with the right temperament.
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme.
