As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting partners and other members with the new business inception process in line with legislation and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing client and matter forms to ensure satisfactory details are provided and querying instances where information is incomplete or unclear.
* Analysing clients and/or matters to determine associated risks.
* Conducting conflict checks using our firm's database, paying close attention to sensitive entries.
Requirements
* Knowledge of conflicts of interest and case law.
* Strong MS Office skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong customer focus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
