Key Role in Education Quality and Compliance
The Manager of Educational Quality and Academic Integrity plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of educational quality and compliance across both Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET).
This leader is responsible for managing the VET Quality Unit and Academic Integrity Unit, maintaining up-to-date compliance registers, overseeing external referencing and benchmarking processes, preparing submissions for regulatory bodies, and providing expert advice on academic misconduct investigations.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in education quality, ensuring alignment with relevant policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of integrity within the organization.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning;
* Providing guidance and support to staff on education quality and compliance matters;
* Cultivating relationships with internal and external partners to promote education excellence;
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of education quality frameworks and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of academic expertise, industry knowledge, and management experience.
Education: Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in a field such as education, law, or a related discipline.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; high-level organizational and time management skills;
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in education quality, compliance, or a related field; proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing quality initiatives;
Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field; certification in education quality or a related area.
