Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a General Psychologist, based in Bendigo, VIC.
The General Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and support clients in managing mental health concerns.
They will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, to address diverse mental health and emotional challenges.
The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical records, and contributing to the professional growth of the organisation by upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Psychology and Psychological Assessment methodologies
* Strong knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Counseling practices
* Ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
* Relevant professional registration as a Psychologist (e.g., with AHPRA)
* Commitment to continuous professional development
* Experience in working with individuals across various age groups is highly valuable.
