The Opportunity - Provide analytical research on the Australian 'Living' sectors property markets including all forms of Housing: Build to Rent, Multifamily Housing, PBSA, Co Living, Affordable Housing and Build to Sell. - Manage and design the delivery of complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients to assist with their investment decisions - Undertake real estate market analysis, identify trends, provide detailed analytics and modelling with the best-in-class data - Support and co-contribute to the VAS business development and client engagement activities - Provide input and recommendations to maintaining and building CBRE's VAS living dataset/platform About you: - Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in an economic/investment or property research role that has provided a detailed working knowledge of the residential and/or commercial property markets - Proven experience executing and presenting research reports and consultancy advice - Good understanding of the characteristics of the Australian economy and how these influence commercial property markets - Well developed written and oral communication skills with a track record of writing in-depth analytical property papers in a concise style - The ability to develop trust and build relationships with internal and external clients What's in it for you? - The opportunity to join a global brand and a growing national team - We are proud to be certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace in Australia.
