We're seeking a capable, positive and proactive Team Assistant to support our Plumbing teaching team during a leave period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative TAFE environment where your organisational skills, initiative and people focused approach will truly be valued.
About the Role
As a Team Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping the Plumbing team running smoothly. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to learn our systems while contributing meaningfully from day one.
In this role, you will:
* Provide day to day administrative support
* Work alongside other Team Assistants within Plumbing to learn systems, processes and best practice
* Complete accurate data entry and assist with reports and records
* Support teaching staff with general administration and respond to ad hoc requests
* Liaise with Customer Service regarding queries
* Assist with Construction Induction (CI) cards through WorkSafe for students, as required
* Be a reliable, friendly point of contact who helps keep things organised and on track
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and contributing behind the scenes to student and staff success.

Salary Range:
PACCT Level 4 - $70,741 - $74,330 p.a pro rata + Superannuation
