Front Office Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, assisting in coordinating arrival and departures, working alongside the porter team.
* Lead the Front Office Team in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Respond to guests' requests, enquiries & complaints.
* Mentor, develop and support the Front Office team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A natural flair for service and superior communications skills.
* Impeccably-presented and well-spoken at all times.
* Previous experience in supervising or managing a team, within a luxury hotel environment.
* Qld open / unrestricted driver's licence.
* A diploma or advanced diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent will be an advantage.
