Description To deliver high-quality clinical placement coordination and customer service for ACN students, educators, and staff, ensuring compliant, efficient, and timely placement administration across Australia. The role is responsible for managing clinical placement processes, documentation, payments, and provider relationships, while maintaining compliance with national placement requirements and supporting a positive student, staff and external provider experience. Skills And Experiences To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to meet the following selection criteria and demonstrate how you meet these in a covering letter: Please note applications that do not include a cover letter addressing all the selection criteria and a CV will not be considered. Selection Criteria Relevant qualifications and/or experience in higher education, student services, or clinical placement administration. Experience managing clinical placements or student administration within a higher education or healthcare setting Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software. Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers. Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills. Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
