We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join our Application Engineering team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality automation. As a Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for leading project workstreams, analyzing data and information, and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to deliver solutions that address client needs.
Application Engineers are focused on development on low-code applications such as Appian, Mendix or OutSystems. Experience in software development (Java, Python as well as VB.NET).
Responsibilities & tasks for this role
* Develop end-to-end Appian and other low-code solutions
* Lead project workstreams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
* Analyze data and information, and make recommendations to clients
* Support system testing
* Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs
* Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor
Must-have qualifications & competencies
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in development of low-code solutions
* Strong track record of project management and data analysis
* Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization or technology
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
