Role Overview: As the Psychologist, you be onsite however you will have flexibility in your role. Your primary focus will be on early intervention, mental health support, and developing effective strategies for clients experiencing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one psychological support to employees facing mental health challenges. Develop and implement tailored psychological interventions Collaborate with clients to facilitate initiatives. Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and quality service delivery.
