Position Overview
Griffith City Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the following position. The Aerobics Instructor is responsible for delivering high‑quality group fitness classes and other programs to members of the fitness club. The role also involves assisting with the daily duties necessary to maintain a safe environment and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality group fitness and other fitness programs to club users.
* Assist with daily duties required to maintain a safe environment for all patrons.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all patrons at all times.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Fitness, including Group Fitness, and/or other certified pre‑choreographed classes such as Les Mills. Class certification also required.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Application must contain copies of all relevant licences and qualifications.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check Clearance Number for employment screening.
Salary and Conditions
Hourly rate of $39.53 (inclusive of casual loading). Penalty rates apply for any weekend work (Grade 6).

Special Conditions
