Your willingness to learn and attention to detail will allow you to gain exposure to a broad range of human resources functions. Using strong communication skills, you will be responsible for forming strong relationships with project teams, employees and candidates.Responsibilities IncludeFacilitating end to end candidate onboarding processes, including coordinating medicals, police checks and licences & ticket verifications.Provide highly accurate and timely administration to support the HR team, including reporting, records management and maintaining spreadsheets.Assist the HR team with providing support to projects and employees, including answering queries, recruitment, performance management and remuneration.Assist with ADHOC HR projects.We Look ForA positive and pro-active approach to your role.Adaptability and resiliency.A strong sense of ownership and motivation to achieve team goals.A desire to upskill and develop skillsets across a broad range of HR functions.The ability to foster relationships at all levels.Exceptional attention to detail.A desire to understand the businesses operations to best deliver team goals.We RequireTertiary Human Resources Qualification (or equivalent).Experience in a similar role (highly regarded).Ability to competently use Microsoft Office.About UsExact Contracting was established in 1992 and is an industry leader in civil, mining & agriculture.
