A day in the life of a Team Leader, Aboriginal Student Support
The Team Leader Aboriginal Student Support role is responsible for providing high level support, supervision and leadership to the Aboriginal Student Support team. You will be leading a team of approximately 8 Aboriginal Student Support Officers who are in dispersed locations across the South region. Key to this role is managing expectations of local Aboriginal communities and striving to improve outcomes for Aboriginal students, while building effective relationships and developing student initiatives.
About you
You are highly motivated, have exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Your ability to manage competing priorities at work ensures the efficient allocation of work, resourcing and support. You have demonstrated experience in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders and building rapport and connections within your local Aboriginal communities
