About This Role
Your new role: You will provide advanced clinical leadership and drive innovation in surgical care pathways, improving patient outcomes and system performance.
* Lead and coordinate the implementation of Day Surgery by Default and Criteria Led Discharge models across Surgical Services
* Provide expert clinical consultancy, supporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care
* Drive data-informed clinical redesign, stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives to optimise surgical flow
* Collaborate across facilities to embed consistent care pathways and improve patient experience and service delivery
About You
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and leadership in surgical or perioperative nursing practice
* Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders and implement evidence-based models of care
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with experience using data to drive service improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and build capability in others
