Along with our properties in Australia we run the largest resort in Vanuatu, Iririki Island Resort and Beachcomber in Fiji.
Your Impact
As General Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency. You will play a key role in our transformation journey, managing renovations and inspiring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
* Manage renovation and upgrade projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
* Oversee maintenance and safety standards across all facilities
* Implement strategic initiatives to drive profitability and service excellence
* Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
* Manage vendor relationships and operational contracts
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Senior Manager in the hotel industry
* Strong background in property renovations, upgrades, and maintenance management
* Operational expertise with a focus on customer service
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee large-scale projects
* Proficiency in RMS is highly regarded
* Open to relocation within Australia and the Pacific is a must
What We Offer
* Competitive salary package: $170,000 package made up of a $120,000 base salary plus $20,000 in KPI-based incentives, plus a furnished onsite apartment valued at $30,000
