What's the role?

The Customer Relationship and Marketing Manager for HealthPoint Claims is responsible for driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and growth through strategic relationship management and marketing initiatives. You will:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with HealthPoint's business objectives.
* Design and execute targeted campaigns to promote HealthPoint Claims products and services.
* Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
* Work closely with product development, operations, and channel partner sales teams to align customer needs with business objectives.

What do I need?

* Proven experience in customer relationship management and marketing within healthcare or technology sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
* Strong understanding of electronic claiming processes and healthcare industry standards.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting customer data and trends.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
