This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be present on the shop floor, supporting the team and maintaining high store standards. * Lead day-to-day operations of a busy fashion store * Deliver exceptional 1:1 styling and customer service * Drive sales performance and team KPIs * Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards * Manage rostering, stock flow and daily store operations * Coach and develop your team to grow confidence in styling and selling * Keep the store organised, productive and customer-ready during peak trading About you You understand what it takes to run a busy store.
