Job Description
What you will be doing:
* Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures
* Balance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports
* Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
* Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
* Previous Night Audit / Front Office experience
* Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system).
* POS experience is an asset
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Available to work overnight, with shifts rostered from 11pm to 7am
* Full and unrestricted Australian drivers licence
* Valid and current First Aid and CPR certificate
* South Australian RSA certification
* Full unrestricted Australian work rights
