About This Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will work closely with our care management and clinical teams to provide high-quality patient care.
* The provision of clinical care to residents who are acutely unwell or require nursing interventions.
* Supporting the care team to ensure that care is safe and meets the needs of each resident.
* Liaison with families and various health practitioners.
* The documentation of care needs and interventions.
You will be supported by a dedicated onsite service and clinical management team. You will have access to regular education, mentoring and continuing professional development opportunities.
New or recently graduated registered nurses are encouraged to join our organisation and develop their skills, knowledge and confidence in a supportive environment.
Requirements
* A genuine interest in making a positive impact on others
* A desire to work with older adults
* An ability to work collaboratively as part of a positive team environment
* A cooperative and collaborative work style
* Registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* A national police clearance
