Metro South Health is seeking a highly organised and motivated Event Support Officer to join the Media and Communications team within People Engagement and Research.
This temporary part-time AO4 position (45.6 hours per fortnight for up to 12 months) supports the planning, delivery and evaluation of major events and symposiums across the health service in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the planning, coordination and evaluation of health service events and symposiums.
Administering registrations, sponsorship agreements and event communications.
Collaborating with the Media and Communications team to deliver high-quality promotional materials and branding.

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
Proven experience in event coordination, logistics or communications support.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills with a focus on quality outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence managing event-related systems or databases.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
