About the Role
Consistent weekly hours
5:00am starts, with weekend and public holiday availability (as required)
Must be available to work all weekends and public holidays as required
Must have own reliable transport
Hands-on responsibility for coffee quality: dialing in, grind adjustments, brew ratios, latte art
Deliver an excellent customer experience — not just speed, but building rapport and remembering regulars
Take on a leadership role: train, mentor, and uphold standards
About You
3+ years' barista experience in a specialty coffee environment (not chain or fast food)
Confident with brew ratios, dial-in, latte art, and workflow management
Reliable, punctual, and a natural team player
Passionate about delivering both great coffee and great service
Must be an Australian citizen with full work rights
